Marketing Operations, Associate – 12 month FTC
This role is a 12 month maternity cover starting in August 2023.
The role
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in a small and highly effective team, coordinating updates to existing material and facilitating projects including print collateral, digital assets, webcasts, videos, presentations and channel and corporate marketing deliverables.
This dynamic role will provide exposure to a vast array of marketing projects and experience working with numerous stakeholders across the business. The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and routing jobs through the lifecycle of a project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal/compliance sign off, and distribution.
The successful candidate must be focused, well organised and able to deliver multiple, complex projects on time, and to the highest quality. This role will sit in the EMEA team and report to the Manager and VP, Marketing Operations.
EMEA Marketing
The EMEA team is responsible for developing marketing strategy, implementing brand and content design, and delivering impactful marketing projects. The team is focused on four key objectives:
- Supporting regional business needs and growth opportunities
- Being the regional consultants to both the EMEA business and the global marketing department
- Executing, rolling out and tailoring global marketing initiatives in region as well as delivering on regional specific requirements
- Improving the client experience and raising awareness of Dimensional in our target markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the proper intake, routing, and publishing of projects including capturing project scopes, creating schedules, assigning projects to the relevant individuals
- Ensuring projects undergo rigorous proofing and legal/compliance sign off before release
- Ensure all external materials meet regulatory requirements, across all EMEA jurisdictions
- Work with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner including global teams
- Partner with project managers and marketing leads to ensure projects meet business needs
- Alert project managers and marketing leads of any changes that affect costs and/or deadlines
- Organize and maintain project assets and job histories in online workflow tool
- Identify and implement process improvements to continually streamline workflows and build consistency
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies where required to complete deliverables
- Perform general administrative duties as required and directed by project manager, including creating reporting dashboards and other documentation

- Understanding of capabilities within Marketing Operations team and ability to collaborate with other marketing teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Experience:
- Project management experience/experience of workflow management tools (e.g. Jira) would be advantageous
- Experience in financial services marketing team and an understanding of the European regulatory environment
- Experience working on projects with a focus on content creation, adaptation and translation of marketing materials; and an ability to provide high quality output in a high-pressure environment with sometimes short timelines beneficial
- German language skills would be preferred but not required
