JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for providing a professional first-class administrative service to the marketing team, enabling them to deliver to deadlines and targets. You must be a confident communicator at all levels and work well as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace in an efficient manner is critical for this role, as there will be multiple work streams in play at one time, spanning from finance, events, data and general administration support. Working closely with multiple cross-functional teams, the role will support the ongoing metrics related to the marketing deliverables required to maintain and grow partner investment and profitability. As such a strong analytical eye for detail would be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Funding – administration of partner funding including invoicing, assisting with funding claims and gathering supporting documentation
  • Costs - supplier invoice validation and resolving any associated invoice queries
  • Cash-flow – work with the credit and treasury team to allocate cash correctly
  • Events – assisting with invites and registrations, and logistics where required
  • Leads - collate, distribute, chase and report on all marketing leads
  • Data Compliance - Ensure all customer data lists & reporting are GDPR compliant
  • Orders – Marketing order processing, validation and approval
  • Agencies - Work with agencies ensuring correct quote & PO process is adhered to
  • Collaboration - Store documentation in Microsoft TEAMS, and manage team mailboxes
  • Merchandise - Manage all merchandise stock ordering, budget and delivery
  • Processes - Continuously implement, follow or suggest ways to improve on CDW processes and workflows to ensure that a high level of quality and accuracy is maintained at all times.

General administration – operational support as required

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, with an analytical eye
  • Microsoft productivity tools including O365, Teams and SharePoint
  • CRM, Customer Data and marketing automation software experience advantageous
  • Logical and practical thought process is essential
  • High level of consistency and accuracy in data keying and documentation production
  • Multi-functional team player experienced in all aspects of general administration
  • Ability to assimilate numbers/financials quickly
  • Multi-tasking and efficient time and resource management.
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
