HR Recruitment Solutions are looking for a part-time Office and Marketing Assistant to be able to assist the team to help them achieve their growth aspirations.
We’re looking for someone looking for approx. 18-22 hours per week, which can be worked anytime within our working hours of 9am – 5.30pm. The salary is £23000 - £28000 pro rata. Our office is based in Kennford, Exeter with plenty of free parking, you get free tea/Nespresso coffee and there’s also a discounted café on site.
This role will be varied and whilst the role includes marketing, you don’t have to be a marketing whizz, the marketing stuff is all very trainable as long as you’re eager to learn and can be a little creative.
Marketing
· Manage company LinkedIn page (and help to grow followers)
· Helping to devise marketing content ideas and marketing plan
· Editing clips from podcast shows and uploading to YouTube
· Email marketing
· Create graphics (Canva) for landmarks, work anniversaries, roles, YouTube thumbnails
· Source blogs for website from key business influencers
· Submit applications for company awards
Office Management
· Be the first point of contact for inbound calls.
· Support consultants with formatting CV’s and preparing shortlists.
· Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews.
· Plan inhouse (quarterly incentive team building socials) and off-site events/activities (networking events)
· Support with onboarding new starters
· Sending out “congratulations” packs to candidates placed
· Support the team with any adhoc duties they might need support on
Person profile
· Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
· A brilliant multi-tasker with a real positive attitude and keen to help team members wherever they need help
· Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook etc.
· You must have excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail

· A real team player
