Job Title: Marketing Manager – SaaS Start-up – London
The Role:
Join a small team of two other marketers, one of them will be your manager.
You’ll be in charge of content creation, social media campaigns, event management, partner relationships and PR strategy.
Increase brand awareness and MQLs through content via different channels.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing content and co-marketing collateral by working closely with product, design, customer success and sales teams.
Research and understand target markets and the influencers in their space to determine what type of content will be most beneficial for attracting high quality leads and creating brand exposure
Based on the company’s long-term strategy and your own research and ideas, create and execute effective content plans that build audiences, generate engagement, drive traffic, encourage activation and generate a positive ROI on social media and via events, partnerships and PR channels
Research, qualify and organise attendance at various industry events. Decide which events make sense for the business to attend vs. sponsor and run their event strategy from ideation to post-event campaign execution.
Plan and create reports, blog posts, social content, event collateral etc., to be used as lead acquisition material
Work with clients to create co-marketing collateral and identify additional partnership opportunities to increase exposure via mutually beneficial relationships
Measure and analyse day-to-day optimisation of content and channel performance to proactively recommend where opportunities exist for further optimisation and scalability
They have an office in London, and you’ll have to go there twice a week (Thursdays are a must for the entire commercial team).

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years Marketing experience around branding, PR, Events and Content
A degree is desirable
B2B SaaS Start-up experience is a plus
What You’ll Get:
£38,000 - £45,000 base salary + equity grant worth 15-30% of salary
Benefits: private healthcare, £130/month for personal health/ wellness/ development, 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays, £400 for work-from-home set up
