Job Title: Marketing Manager - In Life
Location: Basingstoke (Dynamic Working)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Contract: Full Time/Permanent

As our In life Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and member engagement targets. You will do this by creating engaging, relevant communications for Welcome, Year 1 and in-life Newsletters.

What will I be doing?
- Implement new key journeys and journey optimisation to deliver against commercial (Retention and cross-sell) and member engagement targets
- Manage the newsletter strategy delivery
- Support the development of the new membership programme and develop comms strategy to promote and drive engagement
- Deliver the end to end inbound and outbound communication strategy for the Member in-life experience for the following journeys: Welcome, Onboarding and In-life for Year 1.
- Help to develop an engaging, personalised and relevant communications programme to reduce attrition in early membership tenure adopting a test and learn approach
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience of managing customer communications programmes, campaigns and offers across inbound and outbound channels
- Experience of working with an internal or external direct marketing agency
- Experience of customer targeting, test and learn programmes
- Understanding of consumer legislation and the requirement of relevant sign-off process to ensure comms adhere to regulation.
Education and Qualifications:
- IDM or CIM qualification (desirable but not essential)
Personal Characteristics:
- Articulate and persuasive, able to inspire and engage others around their vision
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good initiative, resilient and delivery orientated
- Thinks Member first and understands and 'sees' through the Members’ eyes
