Home Broadband Marketing Manager
Location: London, Speechmark (Hybrid)
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

The Fixed Segment Tribe is responsible for our broadband business – the fastest growing consumer broadband business in the UK through the best propositions at the best value. The Home Broadband Propositions and Delivery team is responsible for the strategy and execution of everything we sell – defining and delivering the Home Broadband roadmap aimed at continuing this market leading growth.
We define our proposition/messaging strategy and translate into requirements. Proposition, Marketing Strategy and Delivery work hand in hand to ensure we are consistently driving value into the market and optimising what we do so we deliver best in class propositions with a disruptive marketing wrap.
What you’ll do:
The Tribe lead on Home Broadband Marketing strategy and its execution through channels – works closely with the Senior Manager and with our Brand team on its development and evangelisation- Will work with Senior Manager and Brand lead to help redefine the broadband brand platform for an exciting future of the Home Broadband segment
- Manages Home Broadband message matrices and creative execution– accountable that they are used appropriately and correctly; collates feedback on their effectiveness and adapts where necessary and will manage consistency as our portfolio changes or our market strategy. This ownership extends to challenging quality of inputs from brand and propositions.
- Role leads on claims substantiation across propositions/products working with legal building sufficient bodies of proof to hold claims, tracking claims in the market and identifying opportunities to take or defend a claim through product & proposition development
- Will identify strategic opportunities to use our messaging in channels to take advance of market moments and push Vodafone products/propositions to drive commercial performance
- Has a strong understanding of the Home Broadband strategy and can replay this to team and senior stakeholders on behalf of the Fixed tribe to drive messaging execution
- This role will lead on Competitor challenge/Awards strategy alongside brand and PR
- Works with channels on marketing optimisation developing ways of measuring marketing effectiveness and responding to them
- Accountable for the briefing of campaigns for all Home Broadband propositions working closely with their managers
