About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth plans by devising, evolving and executing the Travtus marketing strategy. Reporting to our Global Head of Growth, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact to the business and contribute to our mission of transforming the multifamily real estate market through the development of innovative AI solutions.
The core of our strategy is educating and upskilling corporate audiences leveraging a combination of product and educational content, social media marketing, and participation in trade shows to drive our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the global growth team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of impactful marketing content that positions our AI tools as industry-leading solutions. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and other content formats
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Create engaging content, grow our follower base, and drive meaningful engagement with our audience
- Product Marketing: Partner with the product team to identify opportunities for videos and collateral that will showcase the full potential of our product offering
- Trade Show Participation: Support the organisation and execution of trade show events to maximise lead generation and brand visibility, including through marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Use this information to refine our marketing strategies and product positioning
- Content Distribution: Implement effective content distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our content, ensuring it reaches the right audience
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest ROI
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Continuously optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech startups
- Deep understanding and hands-on execution of marketing concepts and strategies across various channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication, proofreading and presentation skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup (chaotic/ambiguous) environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools platforms, ideally Hubspot
- Passion for technology
