Thrings is a leading South West UK law firm that provides specialist legal advice and support to businesses, individuals, and families. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the firm's marketing strategy forward. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that support the firm's business objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, our partners and fee-earners to create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns that showcase our expertise and services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing strategy, that supports the firm's business objectives and targets key audiences Work with Head of Marketing to create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing, events, and digital advertising -- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future activities Manage the firm's website content and ensure that it remains up-to-date and engaging Work with the PR Manager to prepare submissions and presentations for external awards and tenders and internal training Collecting, collating and disseminating market intelligence on target clients Assisting sector teams in the development, production and execution of effective mailings Coordinating legal directory submissions as required Ensuring promotional material is relevant, current and reinforces the brand message, both internally and externally Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: At least five years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional services environment A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Experience of managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a proactive and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for delivering effective marketing campaigns, we would love to hear from you.
