Marketing Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Marketing Manager to execute an innovative marketing strategy, with a focus on achieving revenue targets by increasing subscriptions and improving retention. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the whole marketing mix including digital marketing, affiliate marketing and email marketing.

The day to day activities will be
· Build loyalty and help meet retention targets by delivering best-in-class CRM campaigns.
· Coordinate and execute all consumer marketing campaigns on budget, ensuring they are targeted and integrated across all marketing channels.
· Manage our digital marketing agency, affiliate agency, and agents, pushing to achieve excellence and testing new ideas and initiatives in line with the overall company strategy.
· Ensure all marketing campaigns are implemented to optimum efficiency with demonstrable metrics. Measure and evaluate campaigns, share learnings, and optimize for future activities.
· Work closely with the digital team to maximise conversion on the website, creating landing pages, optimising checkout, initiating tests and championing best practices.
· Write clear and inspiring campaign briefs for our in-house designers to bring to life
· Identify and work with brand, media, and commercial partners (paid & contra) to leverage reader interest to grow brand impressions across all marketing channels.
· Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Ideally they are looking for someone with subscriptions and retention experience in a marketing role, however a good experienced background in the full marketing mix is priority.
There will be the management of 1 person and also the ability to work remote for 2 days a week.

Pay: £40,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
