Job description – Own Brand Marketing Manager
At NRS, we want to understand and support our customer’s needs and build awareness of how our products can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketeer who’s eager to develop and shape this exciting new role. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Main responsibilities:
Internal and external communications for new product launches
- Develop strategic product launch marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Deliver marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Partner with web teams to produce integrated campaigns
- Develop, produce and implement internal and external communications, including print, digital, and video assets to support other departments, e.g. Export, Sales, Digital
- Execute multichannel campaigns (Local Authority, Trade and consumer) ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- For PR, develop e-shot campaigns, press releases etc
- Produce bespoke customer materials – packaging, POS, new business proposals etc.
- Develop and produce internal and external product training materials
- Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing campaigns.
Owner of all NPD imagery
Create and manage a library to contain, disperse and control:
- Image bank (standard & lifestyle)
- Videos (for installation/safety/website)
Own Brand packaging
- Design and produce artwork for retail packaging for the new retail range
- Full review and update of OB packaging
Brand guardian
- Create updated brand guidelines and become the NRS brand guardian for the company as a whole
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Graphic design skills and experience
