We’re looking for a bright, creative and an ambitious Marketing Manager to join the team in Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
- The design and delivery of Mix Interiors’ marketing plan, helping to grow our audiences and increase engagement.
- You will be responsible for our social media across all platforms - content creation, moderation, and scheduling.
- Using brand and editorial guidelines, ensure we have a consistent tone of voice and style across all channels and marketing materials.
- You will constantly seek ways to improve our communications. Using data to make better decisions, you will recommend ways to increase traffic and engagement across all platforms and identify potential new content ideas.
- Develop our email marketing programme, including segmentation, testing and deployment.
- To help implement marketing automation and create effective customer lifecycle communications. Set up workflows to boost user and customer engagement – to nurture, upsell, cross-sell and gather feedback.
- Work with the editorial team to define KPIs, produce regular reports on traffic and engagement on www.mixinteriors.comand other channels, to help explain changes in traffic and user behaviour.
- To help create and deliver a roadmap for the development of our website and digital portfolio.
- To develop and manage partnership opportunities to help grow our audience profile.
- Work with the Head of Operations to streamline the management of online advertising inventory and deliver an excellent ROI for all client campaigns.

- Proficient in using Microsoft programmes (particularly Excel).
- Experience of using Google Analytics preferable.
- Experience of WordPress, Semrush (or similar) would be an advantage.
- Degree educated in business/marketing (or similar)
- Ideally, you will have knowledge of the media industry, with a keen interest in interior design, design and culture.

The position is based at Mix Interiors head office in city centre Manchester, UK. Staff are currently required to come into the office 3 times a week.
