Marketing Manager

Initial Fixed Term Contract for Up to 6 months with a view to a Permanent Post

Remote working with travel to London

Our ethos is built upon the evidence collated by our research and innovation team and focuses on non-pharmacological interventions to help people age more healthily. This feeds into the development of a unique healthy ageing pathway which provides the backbone of over 400 live online classes and activities every month.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in getting our products and services out to the wider UK market.

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing a team, and driving collaboration across the organization. In addition, you will need to have experience with SEO to help improve our website's search engine rankings and online visibility.

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies and tactics to improve website search engine rankings and online visibility

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills,
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity,
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools,
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tactics.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field,
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy,
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms,
  • Established contacts in media.

Initially this is a fixed term role for a period of 6 months with a view to becoming a permanent post. It will be a full-time remote and in person role at 37 hours per week and we offer a competitive salary, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
