Marketing Manager - Microsoft Cloud

We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join a high growth Microsoft Partner who are looking to scale their marketing capabilities as part of a wider strategy to become one of the 'go to' businesses for Microsoft Cloud technologies here in the UK.
This is the ideal role for an established Marketing Manager or a Marketing Executive looking to take on a new role where you can make a real impact on business growth through the marketing strategies that you'll be implementing!
The Role...
You will work closely with the Sales Director to define and execute the marketing strategy, targeting key audiences and industries whilst managing a small marketing team and collaborating with industry partners to communicate value proposition and generate leads.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and driving go-to-market campaigns for Microsoft Cloud solutions, using various channels and tools.
- Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities and ROI.
- Work closely with Sales Director to allocate budget and resources optimally.
- Coaching and mentoring the marketing team member and ensuring their professional development.
What we need you to bring...
We are looking for individuals who have two core passions... Microsoft Cloud and Marketing! Pulling these two passions together to create an industry leading marketing function so we'd like you to bring with you...
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, either as a marketing manager or as a marketing executive and you're now ready to take the next step.
- A passion for Microsoft Cloud technologies and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem or MSP environments.
- A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for B2B services (experience working in a B2B capacity within the Microsoft Ecosystem would be a huge advantage!)
- The ability to work across cross functional teams, adding value to sales, pre-sales and technical teams through marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
