JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: West Hyde, Rickmansworth
SALARY: £40,000-£50,000 (pro rata) + bonus scheme (dependant on experience)
HOURS: 3 days per week, 20-25 hours
Artemis’ steady growth and continued success has led to this exciting point where we require a Marketing Manager to join the team. We are in our 25th year of business and have secured an enviable reputation as the largest Arboricultural company in the UK without a long-term council contract. As such, the need for running multiple marketing campaigns at any one time is essential to maintaining our business model. We are looking for someone to generate domestic and commercial leads for our sales team.
We will require our new marketeer to liaise with our website hosts, agree marketing development funds which will be used to finance our campaigns, and manage the overall marketing budget.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a passionate Marketing Executive who is looking to take a step up into Marketing Management or an existing leader of a Marketing team.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone that’s highly motivated and proactive. Confidence in presenting to our management team and our customers is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING MANAGER
· Design new marketing campaigns
· Grow awareness of the Artemis brand
· Work with our salespeople to deliver sales incentive programmes
· Report the return on investment and effectiveness of each campaign back to our
management team
· Planning and running the Artemis social media accounts
· Ability to identify, test and quickly adopt new Marketing technology
· Liaise with our website hosts on SEO and Google Adwords
· Writing a monthly article for our website and social media campaigns
· Organise social events with an eye on promotion
· Promote Artemis at industry events
· Develop and write entries to industry awards competitions
· Create and develop the charitable side of the business
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Superb understanding and experience of social media and video marketing

We are looking for a creative thinking, target driven, design focused, people pleasing marketeer that can come into our business, understand the way things work quickly and turn the foundations of our basic marketing plan into something unique and special.
The shining star we are searching for will be able to manage a budget with the mindset of a business owner and report the return on investment and effectiveness of each campaign back to our management team.
