Position
We are recruiting for a number of Marketing Internship roles across LVMH Beauty, across the brands below:

MISSION
Responsible for the supporting day to day implementation of the marketing activity
within given guidelines & budget.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing team with development and execution of 360 launch campaigns with retailers, online and in-store
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator with the operational launch of new products, manage collateral and materials for all new launches and in-store focuses
- Build collaborative relationships with internal departments and key external suppliers to support 360 launch planning & execution
- Collation and analysis of new product launches and marketing activations on an on-going basis
- Follow up day to day needs from the counter teams and various trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan
- Assist the Marketing team with the planning and execution of outreach events and brand partnerships
- Assist the PR team with launch of new products, influencers outreach and events
- Day-to-day administrative duties including placing monthly stock orders for head office and raising POs for suppliers
- Coordinate with the Digital team to support all own channel activations including briefing in email blast templates and managing the creation of digital assets
- Own and develop the social content calendar, including but not limited to copywriting, proofing, scheduling, and publishing of content
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator with paid social campaign strategy and execution
- Help compile internal reports (e.g. monthly marketing reports) and closely track and analyse competitor launches and activity
- Creation of marketing presentations for internal & external meetings
- Management of own projects – dependant on development within the role
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department
Profile
Profile:
- Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or similar
- Some prior experience in Marketing/PR, ideally in luxury goods
- Retail experience is a plus
- Inherent interest in beauty industry
- Passion for luxury cosmetic brands
Key Competencies:
- Fluent in English
- Strong Computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Internet, Database)
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with an eagerness to learn
- Passionate about beauty and skincare with a good understanding of the beauty industry
