Key Objectives:
- Enhance brand awareness.
- Foster customer and consumer engagement.
- Generate new business leads and amplify sales.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to deliver effective strategies.
- Provide regular reports on internal/external marketing activities.
- Develop and communicate a consistent brand policy.
- Direct targeted traffic to our website and across our social media platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Boost customer engagement through effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Film and edit regular videos for our social media campaigns.
- Oversee the company's social media strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly update the website content.
- Assess the success of all marketing endeavours.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide detailed reports on sales and the performance of digital marketing efforts to management.
- Engage with external partners, aligning strategies to expand the business.
- Support strategic decisions to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute innovative ideas aligned with business development goals.
Intern Requirements:
- Team player, but also self-motivated.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a penchant for initiative.
- Discreet and trustworthy handling of confidential information.
- Creative flair.
- Previous marketing experience would be beneficial.
- Must be comfortable and happy to appear on camera for promotional or internal activities.
