About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our growing marketing department. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will have strong organisation skills and a passion for marketing.
About the Department & Team:
You will join a team of high performing marketing specialists, led by an award winning marketer. We will provide training, support and guidance, as well as the opportunity to gain valuable experience across the full marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist with a range of marketing support activities in an operational capacity and provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager across:
E-Communications / E-Marketing:
- Contribute to the development of email campaigns, newsletters, invitations etc. and creation of distribution lists
Marketing Collateral:
- Assistance with the production of marketing collateral adhering to brand guidelines, design project procedures and sign-off process.
Website:
- Collaborate with European brand champions and update content in the CMS
Corporate Events:
- Support with the planning and hosting of virtual and in-person marketing events and webinars including post event feedback and reporting.
- Development of support material for specified industry events including UK and overseas conferences
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Recent graduate or current enrolment in an undergraduate course for marketing, business management or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in e-mail and other online marketing systems
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative, passion and an ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Professional, friendly personality, well presented and able to act as an ambassador for Liberty
