Job description
About us
As a leading marketing agency we specialise in creating and executing strategies to promote products or services on behalf of other businesses. We offer a wide range of services, including market research, advertising, public relations, branding, and social media management.
Our primary goal is to help businesses identify and connect with their target audience in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness. To achieve this we may employ a variety of tactics, such as creating compelling content, running targeted ad campaigns, developing a strong social media presence, and engaging with potential customers through various channels.
The Internship Programme
During the internship, you will learn a range of skills related to marketing campaigns that are designed to reach and engage with customers directly. Here are some of the key areas of learning:

- Lead generation: You will learn how to generate leads using various channels such as email, social media, and website landing pages.
- Customer relationship management: You will learn how to manage and nurture customer relationships, using tactics such as personalised communication, loyalty programs, and customer service.
- Analytics and metrics: You will learn how to track and analyse campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Campaign planning and execution: You will learn how to plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, using tactics such as email marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, and SMS marketing.
- Data management: You will learn how to manage customer data and use it to personalise marketing messages and target specific segments of your audience.
- Marketing automation: You will learn how to use marketing automation software to streamline and optimise your campaigns, reducing the time and effort required to manage them.
- Compliance and regulations: You will learn about legal and ethical considerations related to direct marketing, such as privacy laws and anti-spam regulations.
Throughout your direct marketing internship, you will work on real-world projects and campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the direct marketing process.
