The role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about education and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of our brand. You will be trusted with the planning, creating and scheduling of content that will resonate with our parent audience across various channels. Throughout your internship senior marketeers will provide mentoring and guidance as you develop your skills in the areas you are passionate about. This is a 6 month internship opportunity.

What you will do

  • Assist in managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging and shareable content for social media channels, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with our brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for social media content optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar, ensuring timely updates and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

    Who you are
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing, social media, and the education industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices for business usage is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills.
