What will you be doing?

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Marketing Graduate to come and join our team. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll will have the opportunity to utilise your creativity and fresh innovative ideas.
As a Marketing Graduate, your role will see you producing Retail POS promotional material, ensuring quality and accuracy across all aspects of production, receipt and distribution.
You will responsible for instore comms, including digital screens, radio etc.
You will take a proactive approach to marketing campaigns- on brand and in line with strategy.
As well as attending relevant trading and marketing forums- working closely with commercial teams, you will also attend store visits both at our stores as well as our competitors- to help further your knowledge and expertise.

You'll help ensure that all consumer communications adhere to and support Brand standards, as well as creating store communications to ensure correct and complete implementation of campaigns.
This role will give you an opportunity to make a difference, including working closely with senior managers to make recommendations for opportunities for sales and service.
Working closely with the digital team, you'll be planning and creating commercial social media
You'll be driving commercial content within customer and member emails and our member APP, as well as driving core business across departmental projects as the Marketing Stakeholder including NPD, new range launches, new ways to shop etc.
You'll need to be flexible and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as requested by the Marketing Manager.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

This role would suit a confident self starter, who can work and thrive in a very fast paced environment.
Having recently completed a Marketing, Business or Creative degree, you'll bring enthusiasm and creativity. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure and take ownership of your work.
Due to the nature of the role, you'll need strong organisation and time management skills to help you ensure deadlines are met, in addition to problem solving skills.
Ideally you will have experience using Canva.
