Key Responsibilities
Global Residential:
- Assist with the management and coordination of the marketing calendar for Global Residential
- Monitor and respond to inbound marketing requests from internal teams (Global Residential, International Offices, Associates)
- Write design briefs for in house design team for asset requirements
- Regularly audit and maintain the accuracy of information displayed across all materials and digital platforms making appropriate amendments where necessary
- Assist with tracking costs and updating the Global Residential budgets
Central Marketing Campaigns:
- Work with in-house CRM team to manage email distribution lists
- Assist in ad-hoc event management planning including invitation process
- Liaising with in house teams and third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns (digital marketing, email marketing, print advertising, content marketing, etc.)
- Work with in-house creative and digital teams to produce content on Savills channels which promote International Residential including development projects.
- Analyse performance of marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external clients
Project Focus:
- Monitor and manage activity on the project’s online and offline marketing channels, in addition to Savills owned channels
- Increase awareness of the project by driving traffic to the website and generating leads through paid marketing campaigns and organic activity.
- Source and compare vendor quotes
- Participate in regular calls with clients and domestic teams to monitor activity and report on results
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are in line with sales goals
General:
- Keep abreast of new technology and best marketing practices
- Reports on key metrics to monitor online and offline campaign effectiveness and analyse trends
- Monitor and compile marketing performance reports
- Builds positive relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- Complete administrative marketing tasks including gathering information from international offices and updating pitch materials
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams around the world
Key Skills
Experience across the marketing mix, including traditional and digital channels- Self-starter
- A positive, flexible and can do attitude.
- IT proficient included but not limited to: MS Word and Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong marketing process administration and coordination skills
- Degree qualified and preferably CIM qualified
- Strong communication skills, experience with working with international teams preferred
Team Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a team of 65+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 160 year history as we evolve as a marketing team to support the next chapter of the businesses growth agenda for the International Residential team.
The role will be based out of our office in Margaret Street in London, however you will be able to work from home for two days / week. You will also be required to travel to our international offices from time to time.
The key marketing objectives are to:
- Find International buyers for Super Prime properties in the UK
- Find International buyers for properties globally
- Work across the marketing teams and International Residential teams to raise the profile and visibility of Savills Globally
