Job Purpose
Through a variety of digital and offline channels, the Marketing Executive will help maximise awareness, enquiries and revenue across market segments and support the delivery of revenue budgets. With a focus on new customer acquisition, this varied role will work across the full marketing mix on delivering the annual marketing plan.

Principal Accountabilities
- Updating, optimising and managing content across The Lensbury website via the WordPress CMS
- Supporting the delivery of e-marketing campaigns and calendar, re-marketing and database management in line with GDPR guidelines
- Owning the data acquisition activities to build owned database for multiple market segments
- Working closely with PR agency to successfully support PR plan, activations and press visits
- Working closely with creative agency on marketing campaigns for all business segments, creating clear creative briefs and managing projects to successful completion
- Working closely with eCommerce Manager to support with the delivery of The Lensbury digital marketing strategy
- Assisting with the creation of a variety of printed materials and collateral across the business, both internally and externally
- Ensure The Lensbury brand guidelines are being applied consistently across the business acting as brand guardian
- Executing the social media plan, producing relevant social media content and managing reactive social media management
- Work alongside all departments to create original and engaging social media, digital and print content including photography and videography
- Updating and ensuring all 3rd party advertising sites are fully up to date
- Analysing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing activities with a focus on ROI
- Actively seeking, identifying and suggesting new marketing opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a similar working environment preferable, with a clear understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms including CMS, social media, and e-marketing tools
- Creative flair with a passion for content creation
- WordPress CMS experience preferable
- Excellent time management
- Design and copywriting skills. Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is desirable
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge/experience of the hotel/hospitality/leisure/event industry is desirable

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
