Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the marketing plan, offering points of view on possible themes, channels and campaigns
- Upload new content onto the website and manage, maintain and update existing content on the site
- Work with the web designer and web developer to launch new pages on the website relating to new events, services and propositions
- Work with the community team to maintain and continuously improve the member-only website, the ‘Growth Hub’, including adding new member profiles to the directory, adding new resources, updating the Benefits and making overall recommendations for improvement
- Consult with the SEO consultant on optimising content to support our marketing and business objectives
- Assist in planning and creating content to be posted on our key LinkedIn pages and profiles
- Be responsible for scheduling LinkedIn posts via the CRM (Hubspot) and work with the sales team to hand off leads
- In collaboration with the sales, community and marketing teams, help to maintain and update the CRM (Hubspot)
- Integral to the planning, management and execution of online and face-to-face events, including finding venues, booking site visits, liaising with speakers, agreeing catering requirements, liaising with videographers/photographers, updating Hubspot with event attendees, compiling Powerpoint slides and creating polls (amongst others)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs.
We are looking for an individual who has >2 years B2B marketing experience and who can operate collaboratively within a team with a professional and enthusiastic manner. You need an ambition to progress to becoming a senior marketer in the professional services sector. We will expect you to demonstrate:
- Experience of WordPress
- Competent LinkedIn user
- Experience of Hubspot preferred but not essential
- Experience in organising and implementing events
- Can-do attitude with a keenness to learn
- Confidence in building relationships with colleagues and members
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with a good eye for detail
The ideal candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and be comfortable and proficient using:
- Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- WordPress
- Canva
This is a remote based role. Candidates will be expected to commute to Guildford bi-weekly.
