You will be expected to work fully in-house in our Team Valley office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of the overall product marketing strategy.
  • Contribute marketing campaign ideas, conduct research to validate ideas and coordinate with other teams to ensure those ideas are taken from conception to completion.
  • Compile, distribute and present ideas, information and strategies in order to further marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate promotional activities such as ad campaigns (including paid ad campaigns), email campaigns, OOH campaigns, radio/television campaigns, social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets such as photos, graphics, copy and videos for marketing activities.
  • Track and report on all marketing activities including using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track website, app and social performance.
  • Monitor budgets for marketing activities and be responsible for reporting on return on investments and ad spends.
  • Contribute to new and creative ideas for content and work with the creative team to ensure that all content produced is executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Keep up to date with current marketing best practices and advise the rest of marketing team on current best practices.
  • Assist with identifying areas for growth and development within the marketing team and across social media channels.
  • Understand the Team RH audience inside out and be able to identify audience pain points to suggest appropriate and creative solutions to audience needs.
  • Adapt and improve all marketing team processes, to improve the efficiency and output of the creative team.

Key things we’re looking for

  • Excellent eye for detail, and the ability to spot things other people wouldn’t.
  • Excellent knowledge of current marketing practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager, Google Adwords and other paid media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and great rapport with third parties and colleagues.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to convey a message to audiences in new and creative ways.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a can-do attitude and willingness to meet any challenge head-on.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
