Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executives, who is keen to deliver effective acquisition campaigns to join our Marketing Delivery team.

About you
In this role, you will support Marketing Managers to deliver effective acquisition campaigns across bought, owned and earned channels, to build awareness, consideration, prompt action and drive income through the acquisition of new individual donors. You will reach target audiences and optimise campaigns to increase the life-time-value of new donors.
Our marketing delivery department is built on Agile principles. We're keen on developing rounded marketers who can thrive in any of our four marketing teams. Although the team you will initially join is known, it is expected that you will be open to working in the other marketing teams in the future.
In this role, you will:
- Support Marketing Managers to deliver great multi-channel campaigns.
- Plan and deliver critical acquisition marketing materials, as part of an overall campaign plan, across a range of marketing channels, including display, PPC paid social,TV, radio and paid social.
- Liaise with external suppliers to implement robust systems and customer care services to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimum supporter experience.
- Work with internal and external partners such as media and creative agencies.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Some project management experience with a proven ability to plan and manage activity and deliver on time to budget.
- Experience in the delivery of marketing across at least three of the following different media types: Paid social, Display, PPC, TV, Digital Video, Radio, Out-of-home, face-to-face, SMS and Messaging
- Experience of working with external partners, such as working with media agencies, creative agencies, and fulfilment agencies.
- Experience of developing and delivering fundraising and/or marketing material creative.
- Experience of using data and insights to direct plans, with a proven ability to track results, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
- The eagerness and ability to learn. A keen level of curiosity.

Ways of Working:
Remote First – The majority of our roles can be performed remotely, however you may work from the office as often as you wish. Whilst you will be predominantly working from home, we may at times require you to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). Note: This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team. This is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
On-site – There are certain roles that cannot be performed remotely and so your role will be based in an office location and you may occasionally be able to work from home.
