We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

The role.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new students, and foster strong relationships with our clients and partners.
We're looking for a candidate who can lead on the following activities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels, including social media, email, content marketing, PR, events, and advertising.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify target audiences, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and actively engaging with users to increase followers and generate leads.
- Assist in the development and production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and presentations, ensuring consistency and accuracy of brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and develop appropriate marketing responses.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, to network with potential clients and partners, and to stay informed of industry developments.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Monitor marketing budgets and expenditure, ensuring maximum value for money and return on investment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
About You.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent professional qualification such as Certified Digital Marketing Professional.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in adult education, higher education, edTech or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver presentations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
- Willingness to travel for events and conferences, as required.
