Reporting to our Midlands Divisional Marketing Manager you will proactively create engaging marketing campaigns and materials, maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across the division and develop effective networks in relevant markets and customer communities. Collaboration is key to the success of this role, you will work closely with the wider Sales and Marketing team, this is not a desk bound role, and you will be required to strategize marketing activity plans with the divisional sales team and actively engage with communities organising networking events.

This role can accommodate an agile working arrangement. We are looking for you to be within a commutable distance of our Coventry office and with the use of the Company Car/Car allowance provided you will be required to travel to sites across the West Midlands.

Your Attributes:
- Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems and other digital platforms, as well as a sound understanding of multi-channel content planning, creation and delivery.
- Proactive self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who is able to work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
- Enthusiastic and self-driven
- A credible communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of website content management systems, social media platforms and email marketing software
Key Responsibilities:
- On any site for which you have responsibility: plan, develop and execute marketing plans and on an offline activity which generate sales leads and attract potential customers, in line with agreed KPIs and fully in line with agreed group and divisional marketing templates, approaches, budgets and plans.
- Develop and manage the performance of marketing plans and activity from start to finish of the life of a development.
- In conjunction with sales teams, develop marketing activity plans and materials for allocated sites to drive enquiries, sales leads and visits using brand templates.
- Identify the USPs for each site and use these to ensure the most appropriate marketing activity is used with the right messaging in each situation on all channels.
These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role.
