Log my Care is one of the fastest-growing care software start-ups in the UK having quadrupled its customer base since the pandemic began.
Our mission is to make technology accessible to everybody in social care sector (from care homes to home care agencies and everything in between) and help hundreds of thousands of carers provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring. We’re passionate about changing this with our awesome mobile app and web-based tools that make delivering care far, far easier for hard-working carers.
You and the role:
We are looking for a passionate and organised Marketing Executive to join our ambitious team. Working alongside our Content & SEO Manager and the PR, Partnerships & Events Manager, you’ll help Log my Care execute an effective content marketing strategy, build relationships with new partners and assist with events.
As our Marketing Executive, you will:
- Generate ideas for and develop a range of content that is tailored for each of our audiences (including our prospective customers, partners, and social followers). E.g., blog articles, emails, presentations, social media posts, and website content.
- Support with distributing content across various digital platforms, including our marketing website, email (HubSpot), and social media channels.
- Work with the PR, Partnerships & Events Manager to execute the events marketing plan and optimise events success, particularly in generating marketing-qualified leads.
- Support events by negotiating with vendors and suppliers and leading promotional activities.
- Maintain and optimise relationships with new and existing partners – finding new ways and opportunities to grow the relationship.
- Research and suggest new and exciting partnerships to maximise user-acquisition and brand awareness.
- Work with the Content & SEO Manager to execute effective content marketing strategy for our audiences that drive traffic to our website and supports sign-ups to use our product.
- Use our content guidelines and brand tone of voice so there’s consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders on a variety of projects, from event suppliers to creative freelancers and agencies.
You will have:
- 2+ years of experience in comms and marketing, with a passion for content creation.
- You are excited by tech and even more excited to work in a start-up that’s doing social good.
- Are a self-starter, super-organised and enthusiastic.
- A willingness to learn and get stuck in – no two days are ever the same!
- Fantastic relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a grammar wizard.
- Experience working with websites and social media channels.
- Experience supporting in-person and virtual events.
