Reporting to: Commercial Director
Close liaison with: General Manager, Director of Operations, relevant Heads of Departments, Corporate eCommerce, Regional Marketing & Brand teams

Job Aims
With the hotel’s strong brand presence and reputation in the global market, this position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the annual digital and marketing plan, driving key objectives, current initiatives and relevant digital and marketing activities relating directly to the hotel. An integral role in bringing together all function areas to ensure commercial targets are realised.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Creating and managing content through Social Media channels (predominantly LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) for Savage Garden, Food and Beverage outlets, Conferences and Events and other areas of the hotel.
Develop, proactively manage and implement the annual marketing plan to include eCommerce, brand and loyalty marketing within budget guidelines.
Responsible for measuring the success of all digital and marketing activities, promotions and campaigns, and producing performance reports for all key stakeholders
Always be the brand champion ensuring all collateral conforms to agreed brand standards and content is compliant of corporate guidelines across all marketing activities
Managing and promoting the hotel on the Doubletree by Hilton brand website. This involves ensuring that even minor changes, such as opening hours, as well as major changes, such as a complete renovation, are reflected on the site.
Regularly review and update third-party websites. This may be done either directly by yourself or through communication with a representative from the company.
Effectively communicate the hotel's amenities and benefits to target markets, including recent refurbishments, food and beverage offerings, as well as conference, banqueting, and event services.
Regularly attend regional marketing calls in order to maintain consistency with brand
guidelines and assets.
Participate in all internal and external digital/marketing meetings and attend relevant industry events, training workshops and trade-shows
Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, and use findings to continuously evaluate and drive commercial success
Possess a keen sense of creativity and can effectively supplement Doubletree by Hilton brand assets with their own original ideas and content when appropriate.
Combine Awareness Days (e.g. 'Earth Day') with innovative thinking to develop social media strategies that will promote your hotel and draw in more customers.
Ensure effective communication and consistency of branding across the property, by distributing updates and marketing materials to all team members.
Analyse customer feedback and reviews to gain valuable insights into areas of improvement for the hotel. Use this information as motivation to implement internal changes that enhance the guest experience.
Seeking opportunities and building contacts to promote Savage Garden, a bar located twelve stories above the city that offers stunning views of top London landmarks.
Collaborate with third-party partners, such as local media and PR Agency, and sustain professional relationships with local organisations.
Work closely with all departments in the hotel, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required.
Assist in creating marketing materials, promoting events, and establishing marketing channels for designated occasions.
Work within marketing budgets by using resources effectively.

While not mandatory, showcasing the following abilities and qualities would be highly beneficial in this role:
Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
Some relevant marketing experience.
