MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Immediate Start Opportunity. Full time position (37.5 hours per week)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Marketing Executive to become part of a dynamic and innovative venture in the hospitality and professional fields, including high-end dining establishments and the legal industry.
We're seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about interacting with our online communities and who will be based in our Blackburn Head Office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across all channels, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram and email marketing for a group of businesses.
- Reporting to the Director, your tasks will include developing and implementing campaigns to generate brand awareness and engagement to acquire new customers.
- Researching and building relationships with local university societies, schools, social groups and businesses to meet KPI.
- To create all content for Instagram grid and stories to engage our audience. Producing Reels and TikTok videos.
- Posting daily in accordance with the marketing calendar. Keeping on top of social media trends, ensuring we are able to maximise on trending sounds, memes and content where appropriate.
- Online community building and engagement.
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews on a daily basis. Thereafter, relaying feedback to all staff members via WhatsApp in aim to promote and increase.
- Weekly performance reporting and analysis of active campaigns.
- Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of offers and paid campaigns across all delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo for the hospitality establishments.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase website traffic and drive lead generation for Curtis Law Solicitors and Curtis Law Estate Agents.
- Manage and optimize our paid media campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Co-ordinating influencer outreach and partnerships on a weekly basis.
- Clear understanding of the brand’s tone of voice and narrative.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background and practical experience in brand marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- They should have previous experience in a similar marketing and social media role, as well as strong design skills and a creative flair.
- Knowledge and passion for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and order delivery platforms, along with an understanding of influencer marketing.
- The candidate should work with pace and attention to detail, focus, and optimism to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
- Manage and optimize media campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- They should be able to create and monitor accurate plans, prioritise work in a clear and methodical manner, and have a drive to achieve performance targets and successful outcomes.
- Experience in producing videos and photographs (content creation).

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
