Marketing Executive - Work from Home

Are you looking for the next step in your Marketing career? This is a great role for a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive looking to gain further generalist experience and develop your skills. As Marketing Executive at CILEX you will deliver marketing activity across digital and offline channels to support the business meet growth and retention targets across both B2B and B2C markets.

We are a small Marketing team, so you’ll be pivotal in delivering marketing activity, with the opportunity to own campaigns and channels, look at ways to improve existing activity, work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business and gain in-depth experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, all whilst putting your mark on CILEX marketing activity.

Key Activities

• Own the social media activity, including content creation, scheduling, reporting, and contributing to strategy.
• Deliver member engagement activity and bespoke campaigns.
• Support on paid advertising - building creatives, messaging, liaising with external ad agency.
• Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver a range of content for brand, lead generation and member engagement. This could include case study blogs/videos, infographics, articles for SEO, how to guides, brochures, videos, event round-ups etc.
• Support on the delivery of webinars and in-person events.
• Support on building our new website and managing ongoing content updates.
• Measure and report on all activity, providing regular data and reports to share with stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse competitor activity.
• Act as a brand champion, ensuring an engaging, consistent tone of voice across all channels.

Successful candidates will have experience of:

• Digital marketing channels, social, email and web and ideally in Marketing automation.
• Creation of content for social / digital channels including designed assets, blogs, and video.
• Using Photoshop proficiently. Basic video editing would be a plus.
• And a good knowledge of Google Analytics, CMS and email tools.
