16 hours per week, term time + 3 weeks
£39,186 - £43,421 pro rata
Start Date: TBC

The Samara Trust bring together a variety of different schools to work together, supporting each other to create improved outcomes for our children in ways that would be far more challenging if we tried to them by ourselves.
As we look ahead to expanding our Trust, the Marketing, Events and Communications Manager for the Trust will play a pivotal role in continuing to develop the Trust’s profile, presence and reputation, both locally and nationally.
The Trust is seeking an energetic, confident team player with strong interpersonal skills that is able to build and maintain effective and productive working relationships across the whole community. The Marketing, Events and Communications Manager will develop and drive impactful marketing initiatives to capture and communicate the uniqueness of the Trust and each of our schools, build brand awareness and engagement and deliver innovative ways of connecting our schools with internal and external stakeholders including parents, pupils, staff, prospective parents, the local community and media.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of brand development and a track record of creating integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives. They will also have an in-depth understanding of the subtleties of the local market and competitors to help inform and deliver a marketing strategy to support the Trust’s vision.
