Marketing Effectiveness Manager is responsible to deliver and implement the overall marketing attribution strategy and the ongoing optimisation of marketing performance and budget oversight as define by the Head of Marketing Effectiveness. The role is responsible for devising effective tracking and measurement tools, managing complex projects to enhance performance. The role will provide oversight for marketing effectiveness globally and support regional and local market teams to optimise their marketing spend.
In this role, you will:
- Delivers the overall marketing attribution strategy and the ongoing optimisation of marketing performance, budget oversight and marketing mix
- Help to share best practices for marketing attribution and measuring ROI across E2E customer journeys across the network
- Delivers and embeds cross-WPB programs, capabilities & campaigns by partnering with regions / markets; ensure cohesion of programs across marketing attribution, agency and creative management
- Manage the implementation of global and local marketing analytical tools and capabilities (e.g End-to-End tracking, Multi Touch Attribution, Marketing Mix Modelling) to support markets in developing effective campaigns through increased ROMI performance.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Essential:
- Qualification or substantial demonstrable experience in a related field such as Statistics, Economics or Social Science (with quantitative methods) is essential.
- Strong experience of designing, building and optimizing complex data and econometric models.
- Strong understanding of best practice in marketing attribution.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work across diverse geographies and positioning complex issues to non-technical audiences
- Strong experience in using of data analytics software such as Python, R, SPSS and so on. (any of the software)
Desirable:
- Relevant experience gained from within a media organisation
The base location for this role is London or Hong Kong with requirement to work from the office thrice a week.
