Flexible Working People are proud to be working with a Leading Property Developer with offices in London, China and Dubai in the search for an Experienced Marketing Director
Our fantastic client is looking for an experienced marketing professional who brings depth of experience and enthusiasm and will be responsible for all marketing activities across all offices.
As Marketing Director, you will be part of the ‘Senior Creative Team’, working closely with the senior management. Collectively, you will set the creative direction for their brands.
The team covers digital marketing and traditional, and they are looking for an expert in both disciplines, who can lead a team to success - in time and on budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales, engage investors and build profile to meet wider corporate objectives.
- Multi-agency management with print and digital outputs for B2B and B2C audiences, building brand identities across the development portfolio.
- Creative direction and delivery of campaigns that align with project milestones and objectives.
- Managing all digital output – organic and paid.
- Co-managing the marketing team (digital and traditional) and working closely with the wider senior creative team and overseas offices.
- Managing the implementation of our bespoke CRM.
- Regular reporting to the Board on all marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to control budgets and allocate resources
- 3+ years experience at a senior level in this area.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- In depth knowledge of different marketing channels
- Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
