Position:
The Marketing Director role at Bloom services is a pivotal role to elevating Bloom’s reputation, driving business growth and fostering customer loyalty. The role holder will shape and execute marketing and brand initiatives by leveraging market insights and data driven approaches to drive new revenue. The Marketing Director will ensure strong brand equity through implementation of robust digital marketing strategy supported by effective collaboration and measurement of outcomes.
About the role…
The purpose of Marketing Director will be driving business growth and fostering customer loyalty. The role holder will shape and execute marketing and brand initiatives by leveraging market insights and data driven approaches to drive new revenue. The Marketing Director will ensure strong brand equity through implementation of robust digital marketing strategy supported by effective collaboration and measurement of outcomes.
The Marketing Director will be accountable for the following:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives
- Automating the marketing processes – leading the automation of marketing processes in collaboration with the technology team
- Brand management – managing the company’s brand image and ensuring that is consistent across all marketing channels
- Fostering a proactive collaborative working culture with other teams including sales, product development, and customer operations
- Market research – maintaining up to date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats
- Team management – mentoring and leading a team of 3 including training and development, coaching, and hiring
Requirements:
About you…
To be considered for the role of Marketing Director we’re looking for individuals to demonstrate the following:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or relevant qualification
- Previous experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Experience of successfully leading and mentoring marketing teams
- Experience of successfully developing, building, and managing digital marketing and automated marketing processes.
- Customer centric team player who can demonstrate our Trademark Behaviours
- A can-do attitude to commerciality, analytics, and numeracy.
- An ability to make decisions, problem-solve and take a pro-active approach in any business situation.
