4. Key responsibilities - Marketing Designer:
Were looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and proactive Graphic Designer with B2B experience to join our diverse and talented team.
You will be pivotal in the creation of our companys external brand assets, internal branding and communication, as well as supporting the commercial team with ongoing requirements such as designing client proposals and reports.
Were seeking someone who is passionate and has a broad design knowledge, who is excited to get involved in creative ideation as well as owning design projects through to completion.
PredictX is an opportunity that requires a varied set of design skills, initiative, autonomy, and an interest in B2B Marketing Design where the target audience consists of the largest global organisations.
As such, you will be creating graphic materials for a variety of channels, platforms or formats including digital, animation, social media, email, print or any other relevant activities (e.g. brochures, whitepaper, eBook, infographics, web and social media ads or other visuals, presentation slides, sales materials, web design, office decor and other marketing materials)

6. Key Skills include:
- Demonstrable experience in graphic design, preferably within a B2B environment, who enjoys the variety and challenge of working across multiple disciplines including digital, print and animation.
- In-depth knowledge of Figma is essential.
Strong Google Slides and PowerPoint skills and good management of other GSuite Tools
- Ability to execute basic video editing and animation work
- A keen eye for detail and consistency, adhering to company brand guidelines
- A self-starter who can work independently and drive growth and understanding through design, champion good design practice and present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- A real team player able to work with multiple stakeholders and departments to understand their needs through good questioning and curiosity
- Open to trying new platforms or formats to grow skills, taking ownership and adapting your scope and focus as your role evolves with the growth of our company
- Effective organisation and time management skills to meet deadlines.
