Marketing Data Analyst - Up to £35K, London Hybrid Working (part-time, 4 days per week)
This multi award-winning agency are looking for a driven Marketing Data Analyst. They’re a new, vibrant agency that are growing rapidly. If you want to be part of an energetic agency that use data to come up with brilliant creative work then this role is for you.
This Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for data delivery and analysis across multiple disciplines and clients. This role is varied, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the agency provide clients with accurate reporting figures, analysis, and detailed results that will impact brand strategy.
This Marketing Data Analyst will have overview of all the figures shared with clients, so numeracy skills and attention to detail must be excellent. You will need tact and functionality, be good at juggling multiple projects at the same time and be highly organised.
This Marketing Data Analyst will:
- Localise and implement digital measurement methodology (KPIs, attribution, etc)
- Support and contribute to campaign setup and analysis
- Identify, analyse and communicate key levers and data trends to support optimisation
- Drive data visualisation & facilitate access to insights through campaign data
- Build measurement expertise, supporting across multiple client accounts to catalogue learnings from digital campaigns and organic social
- Be responsible for ensuring accurate analysis and detailed results that will impact brand strategy
- Compile and submit reports to relevant stakeholders
- Work with the Insights Manager and Strategy team to develop data and results into insights-based learnings.
This Marketing Data Analyst will have:
- Results-orientated experience and be entrepreneurial. You’ll prioritise the things with the biggest impact
- Skills in data analysis & report building using reporting tools such as Falcon, Brandwatch and Radarly
- Working knowledge of applicable software tools such as Microsoft Excel (including how to create and use Pivot tables), Meta Business Manager, Pinterest Analytics, TikTok analytics, Google Analytics (and GA4), [what is the tool Lorraine uses to pull stats into])
- Experience working in social/digital marketing, marketing data and metrics
- Passionate about data & detailed accuracy
- Self-motivated & able to work well with individuals at all levels
- Enjoy problem solving and uncovering data that drives insight and impact
