We work with some of the world’s leading specialist work at height and rescue brands in addition to our own in-house Lyon manufactured brand. We are leaders in the Rope Access, work at height and rescue markets providing both equipment and training in these sectors and a founder member of IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association). We are looking to grow our existing marketing team to increase our capabilities enabling people to Venture Further.
We are seeking to appoint a full time Marketing Coordinator to work in our Work & Rescue department, based at our offices in Tebay, Cumbria.

Key responsibilities
- Assisting with researching, planning and deployment of our marketing strategy within budget to drive sales
- Assisting in developing and driving the marketing strategy for our Work and Rescue e-comm. channels both B2B and B2C
- Driving sales by developing and maintaining a content rich and up to date on-line shopping environment
- Developing the Lyon products and Lyon Training brand identities
What we need from you
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and also happy to work as a team member
- Willing to undertake personal training and development
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a Digital Marketing environment including Google analytics and Ads
- Experience of using Mail Chimp or similar
- Experience in the use of climbing and work at height and rescue equipment
- Outdoor retail experience and/or work at height retail experience
- Full clean driving licence

- Commencing salary likely to be in the region of £23,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
