POSITION SUMMARY:
Ozarks Regional YMCA is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant with outstanding organizational, design and production skills. The marketing associate is expected to be a creative individual with fantastic communication and excellent time management. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
To ensure success, marketing associates should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, an aptitude for graphic design, and meticulous attention to detail.
