Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a busy and close-knit marketing team at our Bramley, Rotherham office.
You will be supporting the current marketing team in all aspects of promotion including digital marketing, social media, in-store point of sale and recruitment. This is a busy and varied role which will suit someone with 1-2 years marketing experience looking for a challenging role providing opportunity for development within an experienced team.
This role includes supporting the wider marketing team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to;
- Co-ordinating and delivering marketing materials to stores.
- Assist in creating and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms including website, social media, blogs, emails and other channels.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns (experience using GA4).
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs, competitor activity and trends in the industry.
- Supporting the marketing with preparations for events and conferences throughout the year.
- Working with external agencies and design partners to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Assist stores in advertising and managing recruitment adverts and vacancies.
- Other miscellaneous activities to support the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop or similar platform to deliver social media adverts (preferred but not essential, training provided).
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a mixed marketing role
- Creativity and resilience to unlock value in a challenging market
- A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great communicator and collaborator
