Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team for 20 hours per week. This role will be hybrid, offering a mix of on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our marketing team, assisting in the execution of innovative strategies that target and engage our clients' customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for various clients
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation and community engagement
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential influencers for partnership opportunities
- Conduct market research to inform our marketing strategies, including customer trends, competitor analysis, and industry changes
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications
- Track marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership building
- Experience in conducting market research and creating marketing strategies
- Proficiency in B2C marketing, understanding how to appeal to individual consumers effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools, Content Management Systems)

Salary: $15.50-$28.82 per hour
