Richmond Scientific sell scientific equipment all over the world, as a Green company reuse of equipment is sustainable and essential in today’s world (for more info please look at our website. richmondscientific.com) We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to reach and communicate with the scientific community in an engaging intelligent manner to promote our products and services.
This part-time role would be the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to combine a passion for digital marketing with proven graphic design skills. You’ll be bringing campaigns and ideas to life, through powerful website content, social media graphics, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop graphics and visual content for both digital and print based platforms.
- Website administration, creating and editing images and providing copy.
- Social media administration and content creation (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
- You will be providing ideas and strong visual & written content for new and established products and ensuring customer engagement.
- Promoting our Green ethos and sustainable business model.
- Assisting with projects, working to key objectives set by the management team.
Skills and attributes
- You will have strong graphic design skills and experience of using Adobe Creative suite including, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience in producing content for social media channels, websites, and email campaigns.
- Creative thinking, with an ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion.
- Experience in producing content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
- Experience in contributing copy to various marketing materials.
- Strong interest in all things digital marketing, whether it’s design, SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, or video.
