Paydock is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our remote global team on a 6 months Fixed Term Basis.
As a valued member of the team, you'll report directly to the Marketing Lead. Your key role will be responsible for producing internal and external marketing materials and managing content across our social media platforms driving our overall engagement activity.

How you will make an impact:

  • Support the Marketing and Design team with the creation of social media content and help manage our social media platforms; LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to drive engagement activity across digital channels.
  • Support the Marketing team with drafting blog/articles following the Paydock tone of voice relevant to our target audience and current trends and competitors within the Fintech & Payments Industry
  • Assisting with other external and internal marketing materials content creation including monthly newsletters, website content, and presentations
  • Support the creation and execution of internal Marketing and Brand processes and guidelines
  • Support the maintaining of strong agency relationships and liaise with external agencies on a regular basis
  • Supporting and liaising with other areas of the business - People, Sales, Customer Success, and Product - to help execute marketing programs and gather information and data.
  • Contributing to the success of the marketing team with creative ideas, insight and team-building skills.
  • Perform market research for content staying up to date with current and relevant trends within the industry
  • Employer branding

How you will add value:

  • 2 years experience in a Marketing role in a scale up or similar professional environment
  • Previous experience that can demonstrate video editing expertise
  • Familiarity and understanding of SEO Experience working in fast growth scaleup
  • Highly skilled writer with strong grammar and editing skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing and search engines
  • A self-starter attitude (curious, motivated and resourceful), with an eagerness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented mindset and enjoys problem-solving
  • Prior video editing experience
  • Familiarity and understanding of SEO Experience working in fast growth scale-up
