We’re currently seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Headquarters team!

In this role you will be responsible for leading the marketing automation strategy and working cross-functionally on a plan that will contribute to driving customer and member acquisition, retention, and enhancement of the customer experience. This role involves developing and implementing campaigns and customer journeys, monitoring and optimizing performance, evaluating and improving digital lead processes and identifying new opportunities to advance Mister’s objectives. The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and rolls up their sleeves to get the job done.

What you will do:

Develop strategy and execution plan for customer communication via e-mail, SMS/MMS, web/app push and in-app messaging. Create and deploy annual plan that aligns with defined quarterly goals across CRM and marketing automation
Build and optimize prospect and customer journeys to increase acquisition and improve retention of Unlimited Wash Club® members, retail customers, and Business Accounts. Use data to inform journeys, campaigns, segmentation, communication cadence, and communication preferences
Analyze campaign performance and uses predictive tools to unearth new opportunities to drive new customer acquisition, membership conversion, and member retention
Work closely with Business Accounts team to develop a strategy against lead generation, new customer communication, and nurturing campaigns for fleet accounts
Design and write content for communication across e-mail, mobile push, web push, SMS/MMS, in-app, and website and uses A/B testing to identify the most impactful headlines, offers, content, and imagery. Work closely with the Director, Marketing Communications, and the design team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and brand ethos
Develop landing pages and contact forms as needed

How you will shine:

Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
7+ years of related digital communication, CRM, e-mail marketing, or agency experience needed. HTML experience required. Hands on experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot, Sales Force, Braze, Zoho, or others required. WordPress and copywriting experience a plus. Retail or multi-unit experience a plus. Experience with SMS and e-mail platforms, like Twilio and SendGrid, a plus
Requires excellent data and analytical skills, including experience with email marketing analytics platforms. Requires excellent writing skills. Must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning/developing campaigns based on outlined strategies. Requires strong creativity skills and ability to generate new and imaginative idea
Ability to travel as needed to meet with agencies or visit stores, up to 20% of the time
