POSITION SUMMARY
Menaul School seeks an organized, motivated Communications and Scholarship Coordinator. In this role you will focus on lead generation, storytelling, website development, brand awareness, and dynamic communications. Your ability to brainstorm growth strategies through data-driven digital marketing is essential. Creating and managing high-quality visual and text content to showcase Menaul School's unique qualities. Additionally, you would directly interact with students as you oversee the admissions scholarship process, guiding students and collaborating with applicants, parents, and administrators to secure scholarships, including the prestigious Corio Foundation Scholarship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Communications: Contribute to the execution of the marketing plan, including print/digital advertising, social media, promotions, and email campaigns. Maintain website content and coordinate storytelling themes. Develop and monitor social media campaigns.
Visual Content Creation: Design visual materials to support enrollment and advancement strategies. Manage photo and video assets, capturing images for marketing purposes. Develop video concepts and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing enrollment events. Coordinate logo items and ensure a consistent experience across departments. Organize the Corio Scholars banquet.
Scholarship Management: Meet with stakeholders to discuss goals and student progress. Track scholarship contingencies and provide reports. Manage scholarship applications and coordinate related activities, including some purchases.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION
4 years of undergraduate study, and 3+ years’ experience in communications preferred. Experience with schools a plus.
