Job description

To support our continued growth and development plans, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our fast paced team.

Due to Mazuma’s national presence, this Marketing Assistant role would allow the successful candidate to gain experience in all elements of marketing, including but not limited to; Paid Search, Social Media Advertising across all platforms, Email Marketing and Out of home activity including TV and Radio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working within the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social media and email.
• Design marketing material in line with our brand guidelines using the Adobe Design Suite and/or Canva.
• Develop and schedule relevant content across all social media platforms using Hootsuite.
• Create and schedule engaging email campaigns using MailChimp.
• Voice ideas and look into alternative appropriate marketing routes for Mazuma.
• Promote the Company’s services and building on its brand awareness.

The Person:

• The ideal Marketing Assistant must be able to use all social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Essential to have experience of the Adobe Design Suite or an alternative content design platform e.g. Canva.
• Strong time management and organisation skills as a part of a busy office.
• A keen interest in marketing trends and an understanding of marketing principles.
• Experience using programmes such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite and MailChimp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
