- Maintain the roadmap for the regional MI analysts and support the prioritization
- Maintain the relationships with the key regional stakeholders, like Regional Marketing Directors, Regional CEOs and Local office heads
- Lead the projects within MI team and support regional MI analysts on their projects and deliverables
- Oversee, review and be responsible for the Regional Marketing Monthly reporting decks
- Facilitate team development and growth in both business and personal areas You will collaborate with the team (the larger part of which is located in London) as well as other teams such as Data Science, Consumer Insight & Strategy, Finance, and Data Engineering
- 5 years work experience in a data analyst or similar position
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM / Economics or related discipline
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to present analysis in clear ways to communicate complex messages to both technical and non-technical audience, as well as communicate negative and positive information to stakeholders with tactical and strategic recommendations
- Experience with SQL and Excel. Experience using Python for data analysis / manipulation
- Team leadership experience
- Experience using GA & BigQuery
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau/ Looker
- Foundation knowledge of marketing data analysis techniques and tools, development of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs setting methodologies, segmentation and clustering of audiences

- Other social events This is a global role based in our London office. You will however be working closely with our international teams across multiple locations across the globe.
- As a Regional MI Analyst, you'll receive extensive training on IG's products, markets, processes, and tools. You'll become an expert in IG data that powers insights used to drive marketing and wider business performance in the financial trading industry.
