Job description
Based in Bury St. Edmunds, Helmsman Storage Solutions Limited is the UK’s leading manufacturer of quality lockers, cubicles and changing room furniture and we currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Coordinator. This role could be offered on a full or part-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage content of social media marketing programs, including blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Organising the creation of website content and monitoring SEO.
- Updating our company brochures and product specification sheets.
- Assisting with research & development and updating our product range.
- Design, implement and track marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Prepare mail shots to potential customers.
- Supporting sales staff to get appointments with potential customers.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and an excellent attention to detail. You will be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience working in a similar marketing role would be important.
