Primary Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with marketing coordinators, marketing managers and project managers to support the preparation of proposals, presentations, project deliverables, and marketing initiatives
- Provide support for pursuits by; research, developing qualifications, editing, developing basic graphics, layout of documents, and presentation preparation
- Maintain updated data in company systems including photography, resumes, project descriptions, contacts, and archiving files
- Coordinate meetings and conference attendance, sponsorships, materials, and support conference speaker preparation
- Support development of engaging internal and external communication, including some social media campaigns
- The position also includes miscellaneous duties as requested

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks is key to success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle tight deadlines is critical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Follow and use brand guidelines, styles, and templates for formatting and document production
- Quick self-starter, team-oriented, positive attitude, and able to work with different personalities and professional styles
Preferred Qualifications
- Document layout and production experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign is desirable
- Experience in proposal coordination is a benefit
- Preference given to local candidates

The expected compensation range for this position is $39,193.00 - $$55,990 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
