Job description
As a result of upcoming maternity leave, we have an exciting opportunity to join the number one windows and door manufacture in Europe, where our purpose is to bring Daylight and fresh air into people’s everyday lives. As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with our distribution sales team and distributors throughout the UK to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that promote our two brands Rationel and VELFAC. The role will include:
- Providing our distributors with marketing content and support to enable them to grow their business.
- Supporting the Distribution network by creating awareness and tools to help them promoting the Rationel and VELFAC brands.
- Work closely with DOVISTA Area Sales Manager and other members of the Marketing team to deliver and coordinate customer specific marketing activities.
- Create content in the form of newsletter, website pages, brochure, flyers, to generate leads and attract more distributors to join our network.
- Coordinate and support the creation of new distributors showrooms and maintain the showroom in Huntingdon.
- Monitoring budget vs spend and ensuring the correct allocation of costs.
- Being responsible for the distributor dashboard and any communication toward distributors.
The successful candidate will have a digital flare, be familiar with sales processes and will have a passion for working closely with our distributors. It is key for you to be able to build strong relationships and really understand each of our distributor businesses to help them market our products.
You will work closely with the UK Brand Manager and report to our Marketing Director based in Denmark, so a proactive and can-do attitude is essential. This is a varied role, where every day is different.
This role is offered on a part time basis working a total of 24 hours a week, ideally over a minimum of four days a week. As maternity cover this will be for an initial 10-month fixed term contract.
